In the summer we really work around family vacation schedules and understand that players may miss games and practices due to vacations and camps. We also work with kids who are participating on an All Star team which may run into the beginning of the summer baseball season. So, if you've got travel plans or your player is on an All Star team, but your player has interest in playing more baseball this summer, don't hesitate to sign up.
Minors and Majors Schedule: The schedule runs for 7 weeks starting the week of July 7 through the week of August 18-21. Practices would likely start a week or two prior to the first game. Minors games are Monday and Wednesday evenings. Majors games are Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Minors will practice on Tuesdays and Majors will practice on Wednesdays. Practices will be at Volunteers Green. Games will be at Volunteers Green as well as at towns around Chittenden County.
Age 7 - 8 Division Schedule: This division will run from July 7 to August 15. Games will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Practices will be on Mondays.
There is some discussion of setting up a summer softball league but that is not certain. If that happens, we will let the Camels Hump Little League players know. But, softball players are also welcome to play summer baseball.
Registration links are above on this page and is $40 per player. The last day to register in June 25. We will also need coaches for each team and sign ups for coach can be done when you register your player. We do not issue new jerseys for summer baseball. Players wear their jersey and hat from spring baseball. If we have a player who did not play this spring, we will get them a jersey and hat.
